Stucco and Exterior Insulated Finishing Systems (EIFS) are two of today's newest exterior coverings for both homes and commercial buildings. As a home or business owner who is faced with the decision of cleaning the surface, you are probably aware that the product has been plagued with the problem of water intrusion. However, you may not be aware that the buildup of algae can be a major contributor to the problem. So what can you do? Obviously you can't use the traditional high pressure wash to clean the surface without potentially causing damage. The Low Pressure Advantage uses only 300 psi versus high pressure's 3500 psi. This means you can clean the exterior without damaging it. Check your warranty, you may void it if you use high pressure.
