WHAT TYPES OF SURFACES CAN BE "WASHED" BY THE LOW PRESSURE ADVANTAGE?
All painted surfaces, aluminum, vinyl, or wood siding, wood fences and decks, roofing, stucco, brick, cement block and concrete. This process is also safe for surfaces such as limestone, marble, granite and more.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO CLEAN THE EXTERIOR?
Leaving mold and mildew on the exterior of your building, home, deck or roof will cause the protective barrier to breakdown. This can lead to costly repairs such as replacing rotting wood, pealing paint, and cracked shingles.

HOW IS THE WASH APPLIED?
Our cleaning solution is applied with high tech, specially designed LOW pressure sprayers. This is important to look for when choosing a company to restore your surfaces, as high pressure applications can actually damage the material during cleaning and void the warranty on the exterior surface.

WHY USE THE LOW PRESSURE ADVANTAGE?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
A combination of enzymes and biodegradable cleaners kill mold spores that are imbedded into the surface. This chemical also acts as a protective barrier to retard regrowth of the mold. Within moments of being treated, it looks like new.

IS THE WASH SAFE?
Yes, at the end of the cleaning process, we neutralize the area. Our biodegradable treatment is not harmful to children, pets or plants when applied properly.
